Day Trip from Fes to Chefchaouen Itinerary:
We will start the trip at 8:00 in the morning from the nearest location of your Riad in Fes city. We will take you on an amazing journey, passing by the Rif Mountains. The first stop on our trip is the panoramic point of the Sidi Chahid’s Dam. Here, you can take some amazing photos, then we will drive via the mountains to the Green city of Ouazan where will stop for a coffee break. After that, we will drive to the blue city of Chefchaouen where we will offer you a local guide to take you on a walking visit around the city. The guide will explain all the interesting points of the city. Moreover, the guide will guide you to visit the Kasba which is the military and political fortress of the city. It was founded by the local people of the city in 1471.
The day trip will include a short hike to the Spanish mosque in the top half of the mountain. Then The guide will lead you to the best and the most famous points in the city to make amazing photos for memories and also for your social media. Last but not least, we will take you to have lunch in one of the best restaurants in the city where you can taste some authentic dishes of the northern region. After lunch, we will pick you up back to Fes City via the same road. Finally, the end of our day trip will be by dropping you off at your Riad.
