4 Days Tour from Tangier to Marrakech

Day 01: Tangier – Chefchaouen – Fes

We will start our 4 days tour from Tangier to Marrakech after we meet at the port or accommodation. So, we will take you to Chefchaouen through the views and towns of the Rif Mountains. We stop in Tetouan and go to the Blue Pearl city of Chefchaouen. This is a lovely town in Morocco with whitewashed walls and blue doors and windows. There, you can have lunch in one of the local restaurants in the Uta El Hamam square. Then, you will have enough time to explore the old Medina. After that, we will head towards the imperial city of Fes to spend a night in a Riad.

Day 02: Fes – Azrou – Midelt – Merzouga

After having breakfast at your Riad, we will lead you to the desert of Merzouga. Thus, we will drive through the Middle Atlas Mountains and Berber villages. Our first stop will be in Ifrane which is known as the Switzerland of Morocco. The second stop will be in Azou village to walk in the cedar forest where you can see the monkeys that live there. Next, we will continue our way to Midelt, and we drive towards Merzouga. 

But, we will stop at Ziz valley for a panoramic view of the palm oasis and go to Erfoud and Merzouga. In the desert of Merzouga, you will have a rest and take the equipment needed for a camel trip. You will ride camels and have a moment to enjoy the sunset on your way to the camp. After dinner, there is traditional Berber music to enjoy under the stars. Overnight is in tents. Day 03: Merzouga Desert – Todra Gorges – Dades Valley

You will get up early in the morning to see the sunrise and have breakfast. Then We will leave the desert towards Rissani. There, you can visit a weekly market to explore see lifestyle and crafts of this town. The market is considered the bisgest and the oldest tradional market in desert. Later on, we will continue our way through different Berber villages, like Touroug and Tinjdad. Then, we will be in Tinghir where we will visit Toudra Gorges as the best site for rock climbers. You will take a short walk to explore the site and take pictures. Thereafter, we will continue to the Dades Valley. There we will stop to visit the monkey canyons, and the most famous twisted road of Tisdrine. We will spend the night in a hotel/Riad, including dinner.

Day 04: Dades Valley – Ouarzazate – The Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou – Marrakech

After breakfast, we will go to Kalaat Megouna to visit the Valley of the Roses. Here, you will discover the cooperatives that make rose water. Then, we will head to Skoura and Ouarzazate town via the path of the thousand Kasbahs. In Ouarzazate, you can visit the Atlas Studios, and then we will move to Ait Ben Haddou. The Kasbah is a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1986. Afterwards, we will pass the Tizi N’Tichka with stops for panoramic views. Then, we will lead you to your accommodation in Marrakech.
